New Archive and Search Functions

This post is just to let you know of the new Archive and Search functions that I have added to the HOME PAGE of this site.

It has only taken me 7 years to work it out; I know a little bit slow sometimes.

The new Archive function at the bottom of the HOME PAGE is now listed in year order from my earliest posts.

Click on the year and it will expand out to the months, click on month and it will now expand out to a list of the title of each post that I have published for that month.

In the block above this on the HOME PAGE, I have added a new Search box. It has been there for a while; I just forgot to tell you about it.

If there is a particular topic or surname that you want to search for and you think it might be in one of my posts, enter it here and it will give you a list of search results for any posts where those names or topics appear. Click on any result listed and it will take you straight to the appropriate post.

Of course my latest posts will still appear at the top of the HOME PAGE as usual.

Hoping these changes will make the site a little more user friendly for you.
